Drone Filming and Aerial Video
One shot can explain a place before anybody says a word.
The drones are ours and we fly them ourselves, which means an aerial shot stays a decision you can make on the day instead of becoming a separate production. Aerial footage goes into commercials, corporate films, events and documentaries, shot with the same crew and graded with the rest of the film.
Most of our flights happen around Milan, on Lake Como and between Turin and Casale Monferrato, but a drone travels in a case: it comes with us to Rome, to Naples, to Switzerland and to the rest of Europe whenever the shooting plan asks for it.
What we shoot
Establishing shots of buildings, plants, hotels and locations. Moving reveals that begin on a detail and open onto a landscape. Follow shots on cars, bicycles, runners and boats. Progress footage for construction sites and real estate. Stage and crowd views at events and festivals. Interiors and narrow spaces with a small drone, where a crane or a dolly would never fit.
How we work
We check the airspace before we promise a shot: the site, the altitude, the distance from people and buildings, and the authorisations that the specific location requires. Then the flight is planned around the edit, with a camera on the ground as well, so a shooting day is never spent on aerials alone.
Footage is delivered in the same codec and the same colour pipeline as the rest of the production, so the aerial shots cut into the film instead of looking like stock.
Frequently asked questions
Can you fly in a city centre?
Often yes, with the right authorisation and a flight plan that keeps the drone away from people and traffic. We check the specific location before confirming the shot, and if it has to be redesigned we say so early, not on the shooting day.
Are the drones yours?
Yes, which is why an aerial shot does not need a separate supplier, a separate day or a separate quotation. When a production requires a heavier aircraft than ours, we bring in a specialised crew and keep the coordination on our side.
Can aerial and ground shooting happen on the same day?
That is how we prefer to work. One crew, one day, one look: the aerial shots are planned in the same shooting order and graded together with everything else.
