Event Video Production
Before, during and after: an event is three films, and the last one is the one people share.
Events are expensive and short. Video is what makes them last. We produce event videos in Milan and across Italy for corporate events, conferences, product launches and live streams: the teaser that fills the room, the multi-camera coverage of what happens in it, and the aftermovie that people send to those who were not there.
For Salesforce Live Italy we produced the teaser, the broadcast interviews and the live performance film with Magdaclan, from a resort in Valle d'Aosta during a live-streamed edition.

How we work
We join the event team early: agenda, venue, stage design and lighting decide what can be filmed well. We scout the venue, position cameras for the show and for the edit, and set up an interview corner that looks like part of the event rather than an afterthought. During the event the crew works quietly around the audience.
Editing starts the same day. A social recap can be online while the event is still running; the full aftermovie follows within the week, with subtitled versions for international audiences.

How fast can you deliver an aftermovie?
A short social recap within 24 hours; the full aftermovie usually within five working days, depending on length and approvals.
Do you cover events outside Milan?
Yes, anywhere in Italy and abroad. The crew and equipment travel; we only need the venue plans in advance.
Can you produce the stage content too?
Yes. Opening films, speaker intros, motion graphics for the screens and the videos shown during the event are produced by the same team that will film it, which keeps the look consistent.
